·        An application bearing a physical stamp, addressed to the Ambassador of Cameroon in Moscow.

·        The original of the Birth Certificate due for transcription and a copy, translated in English or French by an authorized translator.

·        A certified copy of the Marriage Certificate

·        The original of the Certificate of Paternity as well as a copy translated in French or English by an authorized translator

·        Duly filled form, provided by Embassy
