THE ISSUING OF ORDINARY PASSPORTS

The issuance of the ordinary passport issubject to a pre-enrollment procedure as follows:

  • Connect to the pre-enrollment site: https://www.passcam.cm.
  • Choose your pre-enrollment language (French or English). Select the "Start your pre-enrollment" button. Enter your Email address or your phone number in the required location on the site then validate
  • At the end of the validation, you will receive a code by SMS or by e-mail on your telephone number or on your e-mail address entered.
  • The system asks you to enter the code received and validate it at the location indicated on the site.
  • Select the “New Request” tab and an information sheet will open. An information sheet will open with mandatory fields (spaces) and non-mandatory fields that you are asked to complete.
  • After completing your form, you are directed to the payment procedure.
  • You choose your payment method (Yoomee, MTN Mobil Money, Orange Money, Yup, Express Union, Credit card)
  • At the end of the payment procedure, an appointment window is displayed. Choose the place and date of enrollment then validate.
  • At the end of this validation, the system generates an information sheet in PDF file that you should print and bring on the day of your physical enrollment as well as the supporting documents certified with their originals.

NB:

1) You have the right to change your physical enrollment date only once.

2) A pre-enrollment procedure can be interrupted and then resumed later at the level where it was saved from the code received by email or SMS.

3) A copy of the PDF file is also sent to your mailbox.

THE ISUING OF PASS PERMITS

The Pass permit is a temporary travel document in place of the passport, allowing a Cameroonian citizen who is not in possession of his or her Passport or the later is expired, to return to Cameroon. The issuing of this document is subject to the same conditions as the Ordinary Passport.

 

THE ISSUING OF VISAS

All individuals with a non-Cameroonian nationality must obtain a visa before they can enter the Cameroonian national territory.

NB: All applicants are advised to personally withdraw their visas from the Embassy. The embassy declines all responsibility for the loss or delay of documents that applicants insist on receiving by post or other intermediate options.

The time required for processing the documents is three (03) working days.

 

THE ISSUING OF CONSULAR CARDS

Every Cameroonian citizen living out of the national territory is required to register at the consular office in his circumscription within three months after arrival in the host country.

                                                                             

All applications submitted at the embassy must bear a physical stamp

The treasury cost of one physical stamp for the 2015 is set at 1000 francs CFA, which equivalent to 100 rubles.
