ISSUING OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES

·        An application bearing a physical stamp, addressed to the Ambassador of Cameroon in Moscow.

·        The original of the Declaration of Birth, translated in English or French by an authorized translator

·        A copy of Passport or any other document that testifies to the Cameroonian nationality of applicant.

·         A certified copy of Marriage Certificate translated in English or French by an authorized translator, and/or an acknowledgement  of paternity by the child’s biological father with power of attorney translated in French or English by an authorized translator, and/or a Certificate of Paternity translated in French or English by an authorized translator

·        Duly filled form, provided by Embassy
