ATTESTATION TO THE FREE CHOICE OF CHILDREN’S NAMES

·        An application bearing a physical stamp, addressed to the Ambassador of Cameroon in Moscow.

·        The Declaration of Birth, translated in English or French by an authorized translator

·        A certified copy of  Marriage Certificate translated in English or French by an authorized translator

·        Photocopy of the passports of the child’s parents

·        A declaration of parenthood of the biological father of the child, written by the mother and translated in English and French by an authorized translator, and / or the Certificate of Paternity translated in French or English by an authorized translator.
