The Embassy of Cameroon in the Russian Federation informs our fellow Cameroonian citizens residing in Ukraine, a country under its jurisdiction, that following the video meeting held on Friday, February 25, 2022, with around thirty of their association leaders, an exhaustive report was made immediately to the competent Cameroonian authorities.

Also, we would like, beyond the persistent concerns noted, to call them for appeasement and calm in this context of amplification of insecurity. In the same perspective, it recommends that they scrupulously respect the measures decided by the local authorities in relation to the security of the civilian populations.

Furthermore, it would like to express its solidarity with them and reiterate its readiness to become more involved in the rigorous monitoring of this situation.
